Checklist
  1. Inform the Erasmus Administrative Coordinator about your arrival date

  2. When you have arrived in Słupsk, go to the University Campus (ul. Arciszeszewskiego 22A). To get there from the bus/train station, you can take either a taxi or town bus no. 1 (Gdyńska) or no. 8 (Szpital) and get off at the bus stop called Akademia Pomorska.
  3. Go to reception desk of the dormitory no. 3 and tell the receptionist your name, give her a copy of the first page of your passport, visa and a photo. Then, you will be given a key to your room.
  4. Within the first three days of your arrival, go to your Administrative Coordinator (ul. Boh. Westerplatte 64, III-rd floor, room no. 426). Remember to take your passport and photo (needed for student ID card).
  5. Meet your Erasmus Faculty Coordinator and revise your Learning Agreement. If you need to make any changes to your Learning Agreement, you can do it within 3 weeks upon beginning of the semester.
  6. In order to access the Internet in your dorm room, you need to complete Statement of user until the latest October 15.

  7. Within one month upon your arrival, you are obliged to register your stay.

    REGISTRATION for Students from EU countries:

    There are 3 steps that need to be taken by European Citizens to successfully complete the registration.

      The first step – Fill in and deliver the application form (download here).
    The application needs to be filled in Polish language, printed and delivered personally to:

    The second step – Collect the application form.

    Approximately after one month you shall receive the information about confirmation of successful application. You need to collect the application personally or by
    an authorized person.

     The third step – Deliver the application form to Town Hall in Słupsk:

    REGISTRATION for Students outside EU:


    In order to do it, you need to fill in a temporary registration form. You can obtain this form at the head of the dormitory you are accommodated in. The completed form should be signed by the dormitory’s head. In order to finalize the registration, you should go with your passport and the form to the Town Hall (Plac Zwycięstwa 3, room no. 12)
