Application procedure

NOMINATION:

The nomination of Erasmus+ student(s) should be directed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and Faculty Coordinator until the latest:

15th May (for fall semester or whole academic year)

30th  October (for spring semester)

The nomination should include information such as: name, surname, sex, field and level of study, academic year and semester and e-mail address of the student(s) nominated.

APPLICATION:

In order to  become an Erasmus+ student at Pomeranian University in Słupsk,  the following DOCUMENTS need to be submitted:

  • Application form,
  • Learning Agreement,
  • Acommodation form,
  • Certificate of English/Polish proficiency,
  • a copy of the first page of passport.
  • MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (information that student is able to study: COPY +  translation (translation is obligatory and might be done by you or by your Erasmus Coordinator or other employee to avoid the fee of sworn interpreter – around 10 EUR) URGENT: TRANSLATION MUST BE signed and stamped
  • HEALTH INSURANCE – copy + translation (it’s obligatory and might be done by you or by your Erasmus Coordinator or other employee to avoid the fee of sworn interpreter – around 10 EUR) URGENT: TRANSLATION MUST BE signed and stamped

- for students from EU:  recommended is European Health Insurance Card

- for others: Health Insurance (amount of 30 000 EUR)

The deadline for submitting the DOCUMENTS:

15th June ( for fall semester or whole academic year)

30th November (for spring semester).

After your application documents have been verified and approved, you will receive an official Letter of Invitation. If you applied for a place in the University dormitory, we will book a room for you. Finally, you will be assigned a mentor – a student who will help you in organization of your stay in Słupsk. Your mentor is supposed to get in touch with you before your arrival. He can help in planning your journey to Poland, arranging accommodation etc. He can also pick you up from bus/train station, help you to check-in at the dormitory, show you around the town and university.
